Services

I have founded Valtameri, an advocacy organization and community for neurodivergent people and their families. At Valtameri, I offer highly specialized and individualized support for neurodivergent people and their families. I am particularly specializing in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and Tourette's. 1-to1 Support

I offer highly specialized and individualized support for neurodivergent people of all ages. Some examples of support are:

  • Pre- and post-diagnosis support

  • Time management and planning

  • Building a study routine

  • Coping with anxiety 

  • Dealing with stress

  • Successfully completing university degrees (e.g., undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate) 

  • Recovering from burnout

  • Advocating for oneself (e.g., in school, the workplace, within family settings)

  • Creating lifestyle that is suitable for oneself

  • Guiding mental and physical health challenges to seek diagnoses and appropriate care (e.g., EDS/HSD, POTS, MS/CFS)

  • Health coaching (e.g., eating, nutrition, lifestyle)

Talks/lectures

I give talks to many different audiences (e.g., academics, professionals, lay public) on Neurodivergent Mind, Brain, and Body. The titles of my previous talks/lectures include:

  • Unmasking the invisible struggles: navigating neurodivergence and co-occurring challenges
