Studio Grace is an inclusive space for autistic people and all. We offer a range of activities.
Currently, Studio Grace is via Zoom.
Why is Studio Grace important?
We all know being physically healthy is important for keeping our minds and hearts healthy.
Yet, it could be challenging for some people including autistic people to seek their physical health. Why?
It could be due to a lack of understanding and acceptance of autism and people's differences, sensory overwhelming environments (e.g., noise, temperature), or simply those activities being in person and feeling pressured to socialize and camouflage to "fit in" with others. There are few studios that offer a range of activities such as yoga, ballet, and stretch with consideration of the needs of autistic people!
When we make the environments autism-friendly, we make them everyone-friendly!
Yoga
Class is taught by Hiromi
What you need:

Comfortable wears (e.g., leggings and t-shirt)

Yoga mat (preferred!)
OR bath towel (if you don't have a yoga mat)
Ballet
Class is taught by Kana
What you need:

Comfortable wears
(e.g., leggings and t-shirt, leotards and skirts)

Something to hold on to (e.g., chair, wall)

Flat ballet shoe OR socks
Stretch
Class is taught by Kana
What you need:

Comfortable wears (e.g., leggings and t-shirt)

Yoga mat OR bath towel
Fees

1,000 JPY/class
